Does the collection device hurt?
Upper-arm collection devices use a tiny lancet and gentle vacuum on a part of the body with fewer nerve endings than your fingertip. Most people find them much more comfortable than a fingerprick.
Will I need to fast before collecting?
Yes. For accurate glucose, insulin, and triglyceride readings, you'll collect in the morning after fasting overnight. Full instructions will come in your kit.
Is this a subscription?
No. It's a single one-time charge for one kit and one test. You can order again whenever you want to re-test.
What happens to my email if I join the waitlist?
We only use it to send you launch updates. We won't sell it or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No. The test is meant for screening and information. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. If anything in your results is flagged, follow up with your healthcare provider.
Where will you ship?
We plan to launch in the U.S. Some states restrict direct-to-consumer lab testing, so availability may vary. Tell us your state when you join the waitlist and we'll let you know.
